Shipping Policy

Voodoo Bikeworks will ship your order USUALLY within 2 business days if the parts are currently in stock. Out of stock parts are made to order and time frame will vary based on current production times. Please allow 7-10 days once shipped for your product to arrive in the continental United States and Canada. International shipping usually takes up to 2 weeks. Once your order ships you will receive shipping details via email from the shipping carrier.

If your product is damaged in shipping, customer will need to notify Voodoo Bikeworks immediately so the claim can be initiated with the carrier. Photos of the package and product damage will be required as well as keeping all packing materials for the claim. Voodoo Bikeworks is NOT responsible for damages by carriers and will not issue any related discounts or refunds. Until a claim is approved and payment received from the carrier, there will be NO payments/refunds disbursed. We make sure items are adequately packed and cannot control damage in transit and/or delays once it leaves the premises. Refunds will not be given on shipment delays due to carrier. *Please note, currently carriers are not guaranteeing expedited shipping times.

Please Note: If you placed an order where shipping is required at a later date, shipping cost must be paid prior to shipping your order. We will not store orders for more than (30) days. All orders being stored past (30) days will accrue storage fees @ $25/day.
